At Primal Power, we're committed to getting your ancestral fuel to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 11:30 AM PST (Monday-Friday):

  • Typically fulfilled and shipped same business day

Orders placed after 11:30 AM PST:

  • Fulfilled and shipped the next business day

Weekends & Holidays:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During major holidays, please expect 2-3 additional business days for processing

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Orders $75 or more: FREE SHIPPING 🎉

Orders under $75:

  • Flat rate: $7.99
  • Or calculated by weight (whichever applies at checkout)

Subscription Shipping

Active subscribers enjoy a special prorated shipping rate of just $2.99 per subscription shipment.

Promotional Offers

We occasionally run free shipping promotions—watch your inbox and our website for special offers!

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (on average) after your order ships

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance. During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses

International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • DHL

Tracking your order:

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships
  • Click the tracking link to monitor your package's journey in real-time

Product Handling

Our bars are temperature-stable and don't require special handling or ice packs during shipping. They're designed to withstand transit conditions year-round, so you can order with confidence in any season.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address?

Within 15 minutes of placing your order:

  • You may be able to modify your address by contacting us immediately

Orders placed after 11:30 AM PST:

  • You can try reaching out to support, but we cannot guarantee we'll catch it before fulfillment

Due to our fast fulfillment process, we may not always be able to change addresses once an order is placed.

Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Packages

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during shipment, we've got you covered:

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, etc.):

  • We'll resend your order at no additional charge
  • Please verify your shipping address is correct when placing orders

We stand behind every order and will make it right.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders follow the same processing schedule:

  • Orders before 11:30 AM PST ship same day
  • Orders after 11:30 AM PST ship next business day

Subscription Shipping Rate: Just $2.99 per shipment (prorated)

Your subscription will automatically ship based on your selected delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can manage your subscription delivery dates and shipping address anytime in your customer portal.

Expedited Shipping

We don't currently offer expedited shipping options, but our same-day fulfillment (for orders placed before 11:30 AM PST) gets your bars to you quickly with our standard shipping.

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed at primalpower.com. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
