Purchase Options
Primal Power offers two ways to purchase:
- One-Time Purchase – Buy once, no commitments
- Subscribe & Save – Recurring deliveries with automatic billing
We do not offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy options at this time.
One-Time Purchases
When you make a one-time purchase, you'll be charged immediately and your order will ship within 1-2 business days. All one-time purchases are protected by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (see Returns & Refunds section below).
Subscriptions
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on your selected frequency:
- Every 30 days
- Every 60 days
- Every 90 days
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged before each scheduled delivery.
Managing Your Subscription
You have complete control over your subscription. You can:
- Pause deliveries temporarily
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Cancel anytime with no penalty
To manage your subscription:
- Log into your account at www.primalpower.com
- Access your customer portal
- Make any changes you need
You can also find a direct link to manage your subscription in any order confirmation email.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Simply access your customer portal or click the subscription management link in your order confirmation email.
Please note: Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll process your refund promptly—no questions asked
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund.
